I designed a step-by-step wizard that connects consumers with the most suitable agents based on their unique property details and personal preferences. The experience is intentionally simple and focused, guiding users through one clear task at a time to reduce friction and build confidence in their choices.
Grounded in both quantitative and qualitative research, the results page was designed to reflect what consumers care about most: performance, activity, and proximity. It highlights the top three agents for easy comparison, with progressive disclosure allowing users to explore more agents and deeper details as needed. For power users, an alternate table view offers a comprehensive side-by-side comparison of all available agent data.
The product significantly increased connections by streamlining the decision-making process and building trust through transparency. By surfacing relevant agent information in a clear, user-centered format, users felt more confident reaching out which led to a measurable uplift in engagement. Post-launch surveys reflected this success, with satisfaction scores consistently above the industry average, confirming that the experience effectively met both user needs and business goals.
